Hachicha group employ a group of people with high qualification , educated and very experienced in the studies , works, booking, services and repair department we count 112 employee 10 of them engineer , 6 technicians sup, 5 technicians and 5 with bachelor degree in management trade and money management. All these employees have more than thirteen year of experience and an average of 6 years with the company.

These different department are under the direct supervision of the CEO Mr Nejib HACHICHA who got himself in the world of business since 1980 and for the last twenty year he was the CEO of the general Africa builder ( SATEG) and Hachicha brother company (SOHAF) before he became the CEO of Hachicha group. He was the mind behind the growth that the group has seen in recent years. The group celebrates every year on May 1st the world labor day to elevate the will of the group and it’s employee to reach the world standards in qualified services.
